Service
PrimeVPN provides prepaid VPN subscription access delivered digitally. Access details are supplied online after account activation or purchase through an approved reseller.
Acceptable Use
Customers must use the service lawfully and responsibly. Accounts may not be used for fraud, abuse, spam, attacks, illegal activity, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping their account details safe. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if the account is misused or violates these terms.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Digital access may be non-refundable once used, except where a valid refund request is approved.
