Refund Window
Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been fully used or abused.
Digital Delivery
Because VPN access is delivered digitally, used or activated subscription access may not qualify for a refund unless there is a verified service issue.

Contact support@primevpn.cloud with your payment reference, account username, and reason for the refund request.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
